Our supporters may remember back in June last year, SPANA took part in the monthly charity poll on My Favourite Voucher Codes. Thanks to your support, we were thrilled to be crowned the winners, receiving a donation of £256.40. This month, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve been invited back to take part in a charity poll on their sister site, Discount Promo Codes, for another chance to win a donation – and we need your help once again!

Discount Promo Codes is an independent voucher code site based in Bath, UK. Their site houses thousands of offers and deals from the UK’s favourite brands, allowing their users to save money every time they shop online. Not only that, but as a business, they donate 20 per cent of their profits to a different charity every month, raising over £60,000 for over 100 organisations since they first launched in 2012. 

They host a charity poll every month, which features three organisations who compete for votes through social media and on-site promotion. Users can vote for their favourite charity for free, as well as being welcome to use the discounts available on the site, and at the end of the month, the charity with the most votes wins the donation. The money is raised through the sales that the site generates – retailers pay a small commission with every purchase made, all at no extra cost to the consumer. Ultimately, the more sales generated, the bigger the charity donation!
