What’s included?

The cost of your trip includes travel, accommodation, meals, as well as pick-ups and drop-offs from Fort William railway station. Costs include an experienced and knowledgeable Discover Adventure guide and support staff.

Difficulty:

Although the paths can be steep and participants will cover more than 11 miles during their nine hour trek, the well maintained gradual slopes make this a great challenge for a range of abilities. We recommend uphill and downhill training before taking on this challenge to make sure you’re prepared for this intensive day of hiking.

Sponsorship and Deadlines:

A registration fee of £75 secures your place with a commitment to raise a further £550 for SPANA. The registration fee guarantees your place on the trip and is non refundable. Once you hit your fundraising target – to be donated to SPANA no later than 10 weeks before departure – we will fund your trip costs.

If you have any worries about hitting this target, please speak to a member of the SPANA fundraising team. Or, you can self-fund and pay a £75 registration fee and a further £275 before the trip. You can then donate 100% of your fundraising directly to SPANA.

Register your interest:

Book your place today – the SPANA Fundraising team would love for you to sign up with Discover Adventure and take part in an open challenge trek. When you’re part of the SPANA team we’ll provide you with hints and tips to help you reach your fundraising target, and provide you with your very own SPANA running vest or t-shirt to wear with pride during your trip.
