Big Knit for Vet Kit
Using one of our free patterns you can knit your very own Duncan the donkey, Hattie the horse, Oscar the ox – and new for this year, Emma the elephant! You can also crochet Clarence the camel, all to help SPANA treat hardworking animals in need.
There’s a £20 sponsorship or donation target for each animal made, which help our vets treat a sick or injured donkey, horse, ox, elephant or camel at one of our clinics.
The free Big Knit for Vet Kit fundraising pack contains all five of the knitted animal patterns, a sponsorship form, and donation envelope; so all you need to do is get your knitting needles out and select your wool. Why not hook in some of your friends to join you too?

Actress and SPANA supporter, Pam Ferris, is delighted to be supporting the campaign, she said: “Knitting for SPANA means you can enjoy being creative while raising much-needed funds to help sick and injured working animals in developing countries throughout the world.
Whether you’re an experienced knitter or a complete novice, I’d encourage everyone to pick up their needles and have a go at making one of these adorable animals.
If you have any questions or queries about the Big Knit for Vet Kit, please do call us on 020 7831 3999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
